Caleb graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has spent his entire career since then in transportation design and currently works for raSmith in Brookfield as a Senior Transportation Engineer. He enjoys promoting civil engineering to kids through volunteering at various events such as the ASCE STEM Expo, elementary classroom presentations, and private school STEM Expos. He has been utilizing his transportation engineering knowledge to help ensure his community has a safe transportation system as a citizen member of the New Berlin Safety Commission for the past five years.

Most recently the Senior Director of Construction at the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), Sara is a leader in the construction industry. Sara has over 15 years of heavy highway construction and project management experience, spending nearly 10 years with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT)
SE Freeways in both design and construction as part of the $1.5B Zoo Interchange program.

The culmination of her experiences at WisDOT and AEM, Sara is the founder and principal engineer of Feuling & Associates, a consulting engineering firm specializing in project management, project coordination, and heavy highway construction.

Passionate about inspiring and supporting the next generation of engineers and STEM professionals, Sara is a member of multiple STEM Forward advisory committees, a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, and a member of the ASCE SE WI STEMExpo committee.

Sara holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in engineering, both with a structural emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a licensed engineer in the state of Wisconsin.

Mr. Sadowski graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in May, 2017. While at UW – Madison, Zach was actively involved with the student chapter and served as Program Director. He currently works as a transportation engineer at Strand Associates in Milwaukee.

Nathan Liggett graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014 with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He has split his career between geotechnical consulting and geo-structural design work. He is currently a Senior Design Engineer for Michels Construction, Inc. and based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a
Professional Engineer registered in twelve (12) states and has over 10-years of industry experience in geotechnical and geo-structural engineering. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog, travelling, and golfing.

Neal graduated from Marquette University in 2008 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He joined Kapur & Associates after graduating, and is currently a Project Engineer in the transportation group. He designs projects ranging in size from a local bike path to the Zoo Interchange with an emphasis on 3D Modelling. He also has experience doing traffic modelling and is active in the Institute of Transportation Engineers. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys in the outdoors and biking as much as possible.

David graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2016 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Worked the first two years post college for an asphalt contractor, then four years at raSmith as a construction engineer before switching to design for the transportation division where he currently works.

Grew up in Milwaukee WI where he still currently resides. Outside of work enjoys being outdoors and staying active with hiking, playing pickleball, and going snowboarding.

Director – Scholarship

Aaron graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville where he was a member of the ASCE Student Chapter and their Concrete Canoe Team. He is an Associate and Project Manager for Kapur and has worked in their Milwaukee office since 1999 designing freeway and local street projects. Aaron is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Kentucky. Currently, he is serving on the planning committee for the ASCE Wisconsin Section Annual Meeting. In his free time, Aaron enjoys hiking with his family and attending Indy Car races.

Jesse graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May of 2021 where he was a member of the ASCE Student Chapter. Jesse interned with SEH Inc. out of Delafield, WI while in school. He currently works as an Engineer 1 with Legacy Platform located in Milwaukee, WI focusing on the structural design of platforms and mezzanines.

Alyssa Walker

In December 2016, Alyssa received her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Currently she is employed at raSmith as a Structural Engineer. In school she served as the Treasurer for the student chapter of ASCE at UWM and was actively involved in several of the Great Lakes Conference Competitions.
